GORT LINE 700 electric chip scuttle top is designed for commercial kitchen to keep chips and other products fried in a fryer warm. It may be integrated in the kitchen line together with other equipment from GORT Line 700 or may be used as a stand-alone appliance.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Located above the tank, a ceramic high-power infrared heater has been applied in the chip scuttle. It heats and maintains the constant temperature of the products inside the tank. Inside the tank there is a perforated drip insert with the shape enabling easy products collection. The tank as well as the drip insert are removable so they can be washed in the dishwasher.
