GORT LINE 700 electric bain maries are designed for commercial kitchens. They are used for keeping food hot. There are single and double well bain maries on open base. The food in GN pans placed inside the well are heated by steam and air.

HIGH QUALITY

Heating mats placed directly under the well have been used in bain maries. This solution reduces water consumption and therefore electricity. Additionally it guarantees perfect temperature distribution on the entire surface of the well (no more burnt food). Another advantage of GORT electric bain maries that affects the quality are the wells made of high quality AISI 316 stainless steel – high corrosion-resistant steel.
