GORT LINE 900 electric fryers are designed for commercial kitchens. There are single and double tank fryers on base with doors with electronic or electromechanical control. available in the offer. All models of fryers have cold zone – the burners are located inside the tank. It prevents food remains burning on the tank’s bottom and extends frying fats pot life. Fryers with cold zone are perfect for deep frying breaded products.
COMFORT AND SAFETY OF USE
GORT LINE 900 electric fryers are equipped with oil container. It’s located in the base under the tank so the draining of the oil from the tank is easy, comfortable and safe. Additionally the tank is equipped with a filter for pre-filtering of frying fat. High chimney as well as embossed top plate prevent frying fat from getting into the appliance’s interior.
