GORT LINE 900 pasta cookers are designed for commercial kitchens.
EASE OF USE AND HIGH QUALITY
A top plate with comfortable and functional drainer has been used in the pasta cooker. Further solutions that increase the comfort of use include the tap that feeds the fresh water into the cooking tank controlled by the solenoid valve and drain valve located in the cupboard. Water from the tank is drained directly into sewage system. The cooking tank is made of AISI 316 high quality stainless steel, which is especially important due to the contact of the tank with salty water. Additional advantage of GORT pasta cookers are baskets made of AISI 304 stainless steel with cool-touch handles (ordered separately).

All GORT LINE 900 units are made with utmost care using high quality stainless steel and are equipped with ergonomic knobs with smooth temperature adjustment.
