GORT LINE 900 solid tops are designed for commercial kitchens. Solid tops are available as monoblocks (on oven) or as top units (to be mounted on open bases). All units are supplied by gas. In professional kitchens solid tops are located near gas and electric cooking ranges. The chef gains the opportunity to “finish dishes” (the final stage of heat treatment), prepare sauces and maintain the temperature of the dishes in pans/saucepans placed on the solid top.

NEW BURNER PHILOSOPHY

In all solid top models with gas cooking ranges, high-power small size burners made of corrosion-resistant material have been used. They provide perfect combustion and even heating on the whole pot surface.

DURABILITY AND AESTHETICS

All GORT LINE 900 units are made with utmost care using high quality stainless steel and are equipped with ergonomic knobs with smooth temperature adjustment.
